We’re not currently taking on new customers

Alan is stepping back from the business for the time being, so Newcroft Electrics isn’t accepting new enquiries at the moment.

Thank you to everyone across Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett, Marlborough and Calne who has had us out over the years — the trust and the recommendations have meant a great deal.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions regarding the closure of Newcroft Electrics to new business and how existing customers are supported.

Are you taking on any new electrical work?

No. Newcroft Electrics is currently not taking on any new work, quotations, or projects, as I am taking a prolonged break and moving into retirement.

Can you recommend another electrician in Reading?

We recommend looking up qualified, certified electricians registered with NICEIC or NAPIT to ensure safe and compliant domestic and commercial electrical services.

Are you permanently retired?

I am taking a well-earned break with the strong intention of full retirement. As such, no future bookings are being scheduled.

I am an existing customer. Can I still get in touch?

Yes. If you have questions about previously completed work, or need copies of existing paperwork, please visit the existing customer support page.

What about work completed recently under guarantee?

Any applicable warranties on recent work remain valid. Please get in touch via email with your invoice details if you require assistance.

How do I request a past electrical installation certificate?

Send an email quoting your property address and the approximate date of work, and I will do my best to locate and email your documentation.

What is the best way to contact you now?

Email remains the best contact method for existing client administrative queries, my mobile number is still active but I will probably be stopping the landline number.
